Centre refurbishment which included:
- Gents toilet refurbishment including new toilets, urinals, sinks, flooring, cubicles, suspended ceiling with modular lighting, entrance door, decoration and tiling
- Ladies toilet refurbishment including new toilets and sinks, flooring, entrance door decoration and tiling
- Replacement disabled toilet entrance door
- Office refurbishment – installed suspended ceiling with modular lighting and new wall sockets installation, new flooring, dry lining walls, decoration, carpentry work
- New flooring in corridor
We planned the project around the centres schedule over a four week period. We had to ensure that the programme was to be completed within the timeframe as the project was funded.
