Office extension including lighting, switching and suspended ceiling, decoration works throughout the building interior including the showroom to give a fresher and brighter look and to modernise the wooden panelling already in place.
The client required the works to be completed out of office hours, so we planned the project to be carried out in the evenings and at weekends over a four week period. We also had to ensure that the programme was completed within the timeframe as new carpets were scheduled to be fitted. The project was completed in time and on budget.
New Premises Fit Out & Refurbishment – To create staff toilets and canteen on the ground floor, refurbish 1st floor tea prep area, to form new doorways and cut apertures in walls for glazed inserts, split an open office into 3 partitioned offices, electric and data installation, air conditioning installation, install stainless steel and glass staircase, decorate, install new carpet tiles throughout, refurbish existing toilets and create a disabled toilet – see photos below.
