Mick and Alison are very professional people, they listened to our needs, were creative in their thinking, and helped us to make internal changes to the practice. These changes have been beneficial for staff, patients and visitors to the practice and the practice has had an enormous amount of positive comments. Before work was to commence I was provided with a schedule of how the job would progress, this was excellent as it allowed us to plan ahead.
